Return & Refund

Note: our products are handcrafted and the unique texture and shapes reflect their individualistic characters and creations. Slight variations on the surfaces and slight imperfections may be expected due to the nature of hand-made products, hence they are not to be construed as faulty products and a return cited for such reasons will not be accepted.

1. GENERAL

1.1. These Terms & Conditions apply to products purchased via www.isaaka.com or placed through Social Media, or offline on phone, whatsapp, chat platforms, message platforms or through our Customer Service Team which are all assets managed by Isaka Creations (brand ISAAKA), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (“Company” or “Isaka Creations” and its successors and assigns)

1.2. PLEASE READ THE BELOW CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING ANY PRODUCTS OR AVAILING ANY SERVICES ON ANY ASSET OF ISAKA CREATIONS. ANY PURCHASE MADE BY YOU THROUGH THE WEBSITE OR THROUGH ANY OTHER ASSET SHALL SIGNIFY YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE SUPPLY TERMS AND YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE SAME. IN ADDITION TO THE FOREGOING, YOU SHALL ALSO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE, PRIVACY POLICY, TERMS BY THE VENDOR OR ADDITIONAL TERMS OF SERVICE WHICH ARE DISPLAYED WITH THE SELECTION OF THE PRODUCT, IF ANY (" ADDITIONAL TERMS "). IF THERE IS ANY CONFLICT BETWEEN THE SUPPLY TERMS AND THE ADDITIONAL TERMS, THE ADDITIONAL TERMS SHALL TAKE PRECEDENCE IN RELATION TO THAT SALE.

1.3. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE SUPPLY TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS THE WEBSITE OR ANY OTHER ASSET OF THE LABEL CORP. FOR ANY PURCHASE OR SERVICE.

SHIPPING FEE 

Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout. We offer free shipping on majority of the pincodes. Few pincodes, a standard fees of Rs 200/- on domestic orders may be charged.

In case you have selected COD, there will be a charge of Rs 250 added to the invoice if order value is below Rs 5000/- and Rs 450 if order value is above Rs 5000/- This COD charge is not a shipping charge but a cash handling charged by courier company. 

SHIPPING TIMELINE

Domestic orders are usually delivered within 4 -10 business days depending on the pin-code. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not regarded as business days. If we anticipate a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Delivery delays can occasionally occur around public holidays or at other times due to unforeseen circumstances. We do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers.

Orders once shipped, cannot be cancelled.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, we do not process international orders. Although, if you really love our products we’re happy to assist you. Please write to us on info@isaaka.com with your order request. International Shipping will be borne by the customer including duties and applicable taxes.

TRACKING THE ORDER

Once your order is shipped, our courier agent will give you an update on email or phone or both which is provided upon checkout.

DELIVERY

Within India, we ship through a registered courier company. Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver the package thrice before they return it to us.
Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pin code. This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE

We ensure high quality and craftsmanship in our products. Every product shipped from our warehouse goes through thorough quality inspection. We do NOT offer returns/exchanges and refunds on products delivered in perfect condition. Refund (if accepted) will be in the form of Store Credit only. Store credit is valid for 6 months from date of issue. In the event that you have received an incorrect product that doesn’t match with the ordered product, we will be happy to exchange your product.

Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions: 

• An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
• If the product you receive has a genuine manufacturing defect.
Given the nature of our products, we reserve sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case. We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the prepaid package is refused by the recipient. In case it comes back and the customer wants to order the items again, customer will pay the following charges: return courier freight, new courier freight. This is non-negotiable and our company policy.

If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please email us at info@isaaka.com within 24 hours of delivery with the following information: 
- Order number 
- Delivery address 
- Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item 

We unfortunately will not be able to entertain emails or images sent over a day after delivery. We’d request you to ensure that the product is sent back to us in its original condition and packaging with its original documents including tags, order invoice etc. Once we have received your returned product, we will notify you via email/whatsapp upon the approval or rejection of your refund. If there is a genuine defect in the product, we’re happy to exchange your product for a replacement, a different product of the same value or provide a store credit of your order amount within 14 working days after we receive the product at our warehouse, following an inspection & quality check. All returns/exchange courier charges to our warehouse are borne by the customer. On delivering your replacement, we will cover shipping charges. A promo code, once used shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order either by you or isaaka.com. 

If your product has been damaged during transit, please email us on info@isaaka.com and whatsapp +919901661515 within 24 hours of delivery from Monday–Saturday, 10 AM–6 PM (IST) with your order details (order number, date and amount), contact information and delivery address with supporting images of the damaged product. We will respond to you within 48 hours with a solution.

No Compensation Policy: If the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the website did not meet your expectations, no compensation will be given in the form of product exchanges, returns or store credits. The customer cannot request compensation for any reason, including but not limited to: any variation in the finish or appearance of the final product; any delay in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances; any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damage of any kind caused by a product; missed opportunities to avail certain discounts; any issue with our delivery partners or their personnel; any voucher which got deactivated due to the end of expiry date; unavailability of items which the customer tried to purchase etc. Unreasonable and unlawful requests for compensation, over and above the entitled refund, will be treated as a loss to business cases. isaaka.com holds the rights to cancel orders and block accounts of such customers without any prior notice.

Made to Order / Backorder items: Items out of stock are labelled Backorder which are made on order post order confirmation. Lead time can take up to 6-12 weeks. Isaaka will not be liable for delays in production or delivery. Once order is placed and confirmed with payment, Isaka Creations holds the right to cancel the order in case the company is unable to fulfil the request and refund in terms of original payment will be initiated (after deducting the 2.5%, due to payment gateway deduction). In case of cancellation of custom orders, made to order, backorders from client's side after 6 days of order confirmation, a penalty of Rs 5000/- will be charged to the client for the development effort and time spent by Isaaka on the order, the remaining balance money will be refunded to the client if there is no other mutually agreed conclusion. Quality: once the product leaves the warehouse of Isaka Creations, company will not undertake any quality related complaints or work towards solving the issues by picking up products and re-sending. Support will be extended wherever possible, however it is not guaranteed.
